By accessing or using Hamro Rooms, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To use certain features of Hamro Rooms, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and update it as necessary. Hamro Rooms reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

When you make a booking through Hamro Rooms, you enter into a direct agreement with the property owner. Hamro Rooms acts as an intermediary platform facilitating the connection between seekers and property owners. All prices are displayed in Nepalese Rupees (NPR). Payment terms, cancellation policies, and refund conditions are specified for each listing and must be reviewed before confirming a booking.

Property owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listing information, including descriptions, photos, pricing, and availability. Hamro Rooms does not guarantee the accuracy of any listing and is not liable for discrepancies between listing descriptions and actual property conditions. We encourage users to report any misleading listings.

Users agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, post false or misleading information, harass other users or property owners, attempt to circumvent the platform to avoid service fees, or use automated tools to scrape or access the platform. Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension.

Cancellation policies vary by property and are clearly stated on each listing page. Refunds are processed according to the applicable cancellation policy. In cases of dispute, Hamro Rooms may mediate between the seeker and property owner. Force majeure events are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Hamro Rooms is a platform that connects room seekers with property owners. We do not own, manage, or control any listed properties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hamro Rooms shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any booking made through it.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kathmandu, Nepal.
