We value your privacy and support your right to have your account and personal data deleted from our system.
Policy Overview
Users of the Hamro Rooms app can request deletion of their account and associated data at any time. This process is permanent and cannot be undone once completed.
How to Request Deletion
To ensure the security of your account, we require deletion requests to be sent from your registered email address to our support team.
Please include the following in your email:
- Your registered email address
- Your role (Seeker or Owner)
- Subject: "Hamro Rooms Account Deletion Request"

Once your identity is verified, we will process your deletion request and remove your personal data within a reasonable timeframe (typically within 30 days).
Data Retention Exceptions
Please note that we may be required by law to retain certain information for record-keeping, tax, or legal purposes even after an account deletion request is processed.
